I have been in the real estate business for well over 40 years, owning my own business all but 4 1/2 years when I affiliated with a firm in Katonah and another one in Bedford Village. My father operated his own real estate firm in Pennsylvania for over 50 years plus all of my three brothers held real estate licenses. My daughter Lynn is a licensed Associate Broker in Albuquerque, NM and my other daughter Dana of Lincolndale, NY has been licensed with me for over 32 years as an Associate Broker.
The first 4 1/2 years of my career I specialized in the sale of raw land, both residential and industrial. Since I had been the secretary to the Planning & Zoning Board of North Salem for 11 years I had aquired considerable knowledge of the development of land and the approval process for subdivisions.
After a few years I moved to Heritage Hills in Somers, New York and opened my own office on Route 100. Thus began my specialization of resales and rentals at Heritage Hills. In addition I handle also residential and commercial resales in and around Somers.
I have been pretty successful over the years and I am currently ranked #2 for listings and sales at Heritage Hills by the Westchester Putnam Multiple Listings Service. I had three different offices in Somers since 1976 and my current one is loacted in the Professional Building at the Towne Center (CVS Shopping Center) on Route 202. The entrance of the center is directly across the street from Heritage Hills.
