Our Web site is optimized for Internet Explorer and is best viewed with your browser's text size set to "Smaller".

However you can always resize the text by clicking "View" in the browser menu, choose "Text Size", and then select any other size you may prefer. You can of course also use the "Ctrl +/-" key set to zoom in or out. Simply hold the "Ctrl" key down and then hit either the "+" key or "-" key to zoom in or out.
